Children attending one of Penn State Scranton’s Environmental Camps on Thursday learned about plant life during a visit to North Pocono Environmental Center in Moscow. The camps, funded by a grant from the DeNaples family and Keystone Sanitary Landfill, are free to attend for youth in Lackawanna County.
