ARCHBALD — A developer intends to purchase a mobile home park on the Eynon Jermyn Road as part of a nearly 1-million-square-foot data center campus, leaving residents unsure where they will live. Earlier this month, residents of the Jermyn Mobile Home Village, also known as Valley View Estates, received letters dated July 26 informing them their community is being sold to Archbald Developer II LLC, with the anticipated transfer of ownership on April 15, according to a copy of the letter reviewed by The Times-Tribune.
