ARCHBALD — A developer involved with data center proposals in Archbald and Blakely purchased a junkyard on the Eynon Jermyn Road for nearly $1.6 million after applying with the borough to build three data centers on the land.PDC Realty LLC acquired the Highway Auto Parts auto salvage yard for $1,575,000, totaling about 83.5 acres across 17 parcels, according to a property transaction recorded Friday.
