For 15 years, Joe Harris Sr. worked to keep the streets clean as a Scranton police officer. More recently, he teamed up with his son, Joe Harris Jr., to launch WePowerWashIt – a professional pressure washing company serving Northeast Pennsylvania – and spruce up area properties. After graduating from West Scranton, Harris Jr., 20, of Ransom Twp., moved on to Lycoming College and played football.
