A locally made horror movie will have a big screen debut beginning Wednesday, both in Northeast Pennsylvania and in theaters elsewhere. “Hell House LLC Lineage” will be shown Wednesday-Sunday at Regal Cinemas in Dickson City and Cinemark Montage Mountain 20 and XD in Moosic. It was written and directed by Waverly filmmaker Stephen Cognetti. Carbondale filmmaker Robert Savakinus, chair of the Lackawanna County Film and Multimedia Commission, was the film’s unit production manager and appears in the movie. Filming locations included the Circle Drive-In, Dickson City; Carbondale City Hall and Pettinato’s Restaurant, Carbondale.
