Area residents are increasingly emerging from a cold winter and into the warmer temperatures of spring, including plenty who hit the Lackawanna River Heritage Trail on Tuesday to enjoy sunshine. The forecast for Wednesday calls for a high of 67 degrees and a cool 40 for a low with some light wind.
