SCRANTON — Warney Cellar and Tap, its owner Francis Ghilardi, Scranton Tomorrow and members of the Downtown Scranton Business District celebrated the grand opening of the establishment at 515 Center St. in the Casey Laundry Building, on Friday, June 6, with a ribbon cutting and a tasting menu. Warney Cellar and Tap, which occupies the spot of the former Adezzo coffee shop, restored an interior staircase to the second story and also uses a large room on that upper floor.
