A free wellness fair Thursday at Lackawanna County Courthouse Square in Scranton gave local people a chance to check up on their own health. A range of health care organizations offered on-site medical and dental consultations, screenings and vaccinations, along with information on mental health counseling, addiction and recovery resources, emergency housing assistance, wellness education and other topics. The event was sponsored by Rising Tide Wellness, a health care nonprofit.
