The cheapest average price in Pennsylvania belongs to Union County where gas is $3.02.
In Western Pennsylvania, gas prices are about 35 cents more expensive. The average price for a gallon of gas in Allegheny County is $3.53. The most expensive gas is in Warren County were the average gallon of gas will cost you $3.65.
The current national average is $3.16, according to AAA. That price is down from $3.17 on July 2.
GasBuddy predicts the average price to fall to $3.15 on July 4. That would be the lowest price since 2021 when the average price was $3.12. In 2022, the average gallon of gas on July 4 was $4.80.
