Free community concert: Penn State Scranton’s Jazz Band, Chorale and Roc[k]tet groups free concert for the community April 26 at 4 p.m. at the Theater at North, 1539 N. Main Ave., Scranton. They will also be joined by special guests — the Western Wayne Middle School Chorus, under the direction of Joyce Covaleski.
